### DAY 1: North Shore Framework & Outer Approach
- **Session 1 (Recall & Flashcards):** Review clockwise inventory stops 1–7 (Anchor Point through Coal Point) in [05_Clockwise_Geographic_Inventory.md](05_Clockwise_Geographic_Inventory.md). Drill corresponding geography cards in [memory_cards.json](memory_cards.json).
- **Session 2 (Written Curriculum):** Study Sections 1 (Geography & Landmarks) and 2 (Approaches) in [written_curriculum.json](written_curriculum.json). Note entrance limits, Bluff Point 750 ft, and Archimandritof Shoals cautions.
- **Session 3 (Chart Sketching):** Sketch north shore outline from Anchor Point to Homer Spit, marking Anchor Point Light (Fl W 6s, 16/41 ft) and Archimandritof Shoal Lighted Buoy 1 (Fl G 2.5s).

### DAY 2: Homer Spit Complex, Docks & Current Dynamics
- **Session 1 (Dock Fact Review):** Study Section 9 (Docks) and Section 3 (Traffic & Broadcasts) in [kachemak_concise_study.md](kachemak_concise_study.md). Focus on Pioneer Dock (469 ft face, 40 ft depth, 32 ft deck, eastward eddy on both tides) versus Deep Water Dock (324 ft face, 40 ft depth, 28 ft deck, flood sets on / ebb sets off).
- **Session 2 (Light Array Drill):** Use [site/light-recall.html](https://kachemak.pilotage.club/light-recall.html) to practice the Homer cluster: Homer Spit Light 3, Pioneer dock and dolphin lights (Fl R 4s and F R), Breakwater Light 2 (Q R), and Deep Water Dock array (south Fl R 6s dolphin vs north Fl R 4s dolphin).
- **Session 3 (Written Practice):** Write out answers to Mock Exam Questions 1, 3, and 9 in [mock_examination_and_keys.md](mock_examination_and_keys.md).

### DAY 3: Head of Bay to South Shore Glaciers
- **Session 1 (Recall & Flashcards):** Review clockwise inventory stops 8–19 (Kachemak City through McKeon Flats & McKeon Rock) in [05_Clockwise_Geographic_Inventory.md](05_Clockwise_Geographic_Inventory.md).
- **Session 2 (Aids & Night Study):** Drill Halibut Cove and inner bay aids in [site/light-recall.html](https://kachemak.pilotage.club/light-recall.html): Gull Island Light 4 (Fl R 4s, 94 ft), West Ismailof Island Light (Fl W 6s, 60 ft), Halibut Cove Light 2 (Fl R 6s, 70 ft, obscured 024°–119°), and Halibut Point Daybeacon (unlighted NR).
- **Session 3 (Written Curriculum):** Study Section 4 (Tides & Currents) and Section 5 (Weather & Ice) in [written_curriculum.json](written_curriculum.json). Note the roughly 16 ft mean / 18 ft diurnal tide ranges, 4 kt bay currents, and Jan–Mar drift ice.

### DAY 4: Southern Fjords, Eldred Passage & Seldovia Bay
- **Session 1 (Recall & Flashcards):** Review clockwise inventory stops 20–34 (Neptune Bay through Point Naskowhak). Drill Seldovia and southern bay cards in [memory_cards.json](memory_cards.json).
- **Session 2 (Seldovia Sweep):** Drill all 7 aids of the Seldovia sequence in [site/light-recall.html](https://kachemak.pilotage.club/light-recall.html): Entrance Light (Fl W 6s, 2/64 ft), Buoy 1 (Fl G 2.5s), Buoy 2 (Fl R 4s), Light 3 (Fl G 4s, 45 ft), Dock Lights (2 F R, 15 ft), Buoy 4 (unlit red buoy), and Breakwater Light 5 (Fl G 2.5s, 22 ft).
- **Session 3 (Regional Prompts):** Write out the Seldovia Bay regional essay from [mock_examination_and_keys.md](mock_examination_and_keys.md). Review anchorage location (0.8 NM south of Light 3, 9–10 fms sticky bottom) and Red Bluff rock (uncovers 4 ft).

### DAY 5: Western Approaches, Port Graham & Flat Island
- **Session 1 (Recall & Flashcards):** Review clockwise inventory stops 35–42 (Point Pogibshi through Flat Island). Master the Port Graham sequence: Buoy 1, Entrance Light (Fl W 4s, 50 ft), Buoy 3, Daybeacon 4 (TR), Daybeacon 5 (SG), and Daybeacon 6 (TR).
- **Session 2 (Pilotage & Anchor Watch):** Study Section 6 (Pilotage & Port Services) and Section 8 (Anchor Watch & Heavy Weather) in [written_curriculum.json](written_curriculum.json). Note SWAPA 36-hr / 90-min / 30-min notice, 1 NM south boarding station, and Gale (>34 kt) vs Storm (>48 kt) triggers.
- **Session 3 (Regional Prompts):** Write out Port Graham and Outer Bays essays from [mock_examination_and_keys.md](mock_examination_and_keys.md).

### DAY 6: Anchorages, Hazards & Cable Clearances
- **Session 1 (Anchorage & Hazard Review):** Study Section 7 (Anchorages) and Section 10 (Hazards & Chart Cautions) in [kachemak_concise_study.md](kachemak_concise_study.md). Review commercial anchorage (10–23 fms soft mud), reference range (Sixty Foot Rock in line with Coal Point, 22 fms), Coal Bay 3 ft wreck, and Archimandritof Shoals.
- **Session 2 (Clearance & Depth Drill):** Review Section 3 of [drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md](drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md). Drill overhead cable clearances (Jakolof 51 ft, Tutka 78 ft, China Poot 152 ft, Sadie 170 ft) and submarine cable corridors.
- **Session 3 (Self-Quiz):** Test recall on candidate sounding benchmarks (25–30 fms entrance, 20–25 fms central fairway, 22 fms reference anchorage, 9–10 fms Seldovia).

### DAY 7: Full Clockwise Drawing & Geographic Sequence Drill
- **Session 1 (42-Stop Reconstruction):** Using a blank sheet, write out all 42 clockwise stops from memory in exact order from [drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md](drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md).
- **Session 2 (Chartlet Sketch):** Draw the Kachemak Bay coastal outline, inserting primary landmarks, boundary lines (Anchor Pt to Pt Pogibshi reserve line), and cable areas.
- **Session 3 (Verification):** Check your sketch and list against [05_Clockwise_Geographic_Inventory.md](05_Clockwise_Geographic_Inventory.md). Note any omitted or transposed points.

### DAY 8: 37 Aids to Navigation Transcription Drill
- **Session 1 (Light List Order Practice):** Write out all 37 physical aids in printed Light List order from memory without consulting the sheet.
- **Session 2 (Characteristics & Structures):** Fill in characteristics, dual heights (sheet / current), ranges, and structures/daymarks for all 37 aids.
- **Session 3 (Audit & Correction):** Verify against Section 2 of [drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md](drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md) and drill any missed items using [site/light-recall.html](https://kachemak.pilotage.club/light-recall.html).

### DAY 9: Complete Written Curriculum Mock Examination
- **Session 1 (Category Questions 1–5):** Complete Part 1, Questions 1 through 5 in [mock_examination_and_keys.md](mock_examination_and_keys.md) in written form.
- **Session 2 (Category Questions 6–10):** Complete Part 1, Questions 6 through 10 in [mock_examination_and_keys.md](mock_examination_and_keys.md).
- **Session 3 (Area Prompts & Scoring):** Complete Part 2 Area Prompts (Seldovia, Port Graham, Outer Bays). Review all answers against the brief answer keys.

### DAY 10: Final Integrated Polish & Targeted Reinforcement
- **Session 1 (High-Yield Contrasts):** Review dock currents (Pioneer eastward eddy vs Deep Water on/off), Homer Spit lighting differences, and Yukon Island channel depths (Yukon-Cohen 9 fms vs Yukon-Hesketh 2.5 fms).
- **Session 2 (Speed Recall Run):** Run a rapid-fire recall session on all 37 aids using [site/light-recall.html](https://kachemak.pilotage.club/light-recall.html) until scoring 100%.
- **Session 3 (Final Checklist Audit):** Review all sections of [drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md](drawing_and_transcription_checklist.md) to ensure full retention of all factual items, depths, and sequences.
